Seventh Annual

Sunshine Sunday

March 16, 2008

Because of the positive response from its public awareness campaign last year, the Florida Society of Newspaper Editors (FSNE) is conducting a seventh annual Sunshine Sunday event.

Nationally, Sunshine Sunday has grown into Sunshine Week. The American Society of Newspaper Editors heard from Florida editors about the success of the event and is asking newspapers nationwide to raise awareness about open government and records access.

This part of the fsne.org site is for FSNE members participating in Sunshine Sunday to post contributions for the use of other members.

Please submit contributions, questions or comments to: sunshine2008@fsne.org. Read Cory Lancaster and Mike Connelly's letter to Florida editors.
