Compliance data Download Excel spreadsheet - right click to save file. Data description: This Excel file has the following info in it. It is broken down in these headings by worksheet within the file. If you have any problems Chris Davis at 941 361-4901 County by county A table that shows total number of violations by county. Counties can have more than 4 violations if an agency violated the public records law in more than one way. 2006 Results Shows compliance rates by agency type, by violation type. Plus statewide compliance totals. Good audits Results from the auditors’ entries, with the answers to each online question recorded for each audit. The “Total violations” column shows the number of violations each audited agency had based on the First Amendment Foundations definition of compliance. (see DISCLOSURES section below) The column heads should correspond to the question numbers in the online entry forms. The final columns in the spreadsheet can be used to convert any coded answers into text. (We just put the text next to the coded answer and the column header should be clear) Bad audits A list of the agencies that didn’t get audited because we didn’t have a volunteer, or there were problems with the attempted audit. (some people were recognized, some directions didn’t get followed etc) I = incomplete/inaccurate. DNA = Did not audit. NR = no records existed. 2004 results The same breakdown as 2006 but for the 2004 audit so you can compare. Some sample data follows.
